I’m Daniel Kam, a Singapore-based support engineer working across WordPress, WooCommerce and practical automation.
Support experience, applied.
From November 2021 to September 2026, I worked at Automattic supporting WordPress.com and WooCommerce. My experience includes payments, subscriptions, bookings, extensions, hosting and store-down incidents.
I also build and operate my own WordPress and WooCommerce sites. A change has to make sense for the person who runs the business, as well as the person who writes the code.

I traced and contributed a fix for duplicate currency conversion in Analytics, with exchange-rate validation and regression tests. The contribution merged in September 2026.
