Hi, I’m Daniel.
A support engineer who builds, based in Singapore.
I spent nearly five years at Automattic helping customers with WordPress.com and WooCommerce.com, from everyday questions to hard payment, hosting and extension problems. Along the way I built tools and AI-assisted workflows for my teammates.
Before that I spent over ten years running my own online stores, so I know what it feels like to be on the other side of the ticket. Now I build agents, automations and small products, and write about them here. I’m interested in AI operations, support automation and customer experience engineering roles.
