DANIEL KAM / WOOCOMMERCE
Need help with your WooCommerce store?
A checkout error, a confusing setting or an extension that will not behave? I can help you investigate what is happening, work through an agreed repair or set up a store ready for testing.
I have been on both sides of support
I have helped WooCommerce customers at Automattic and run my own stores. I know the work continues beyond getting an answer: you need to understand what changed, check the buying journey and know what to do next. That is how I approach an agreed piece of work.
What I can help you with
- Investigate checkout errors, payment settings and extension conflicts.
- Set up the agreed products, payment method and shipping options.
- Make a scoped configuration or code repair and check the affected scenarios.
- Document findings, changes and anything that still needs attention.
Public work: merged WooPayments Analytics fix and WooCommerce product-page diagnosis.
Choose a starting point
These project budget guides are in SGD. Tell me what you need and I will confirm the work and fixed fee in a written proposal before you commit.
| Project | Budget guide · SGD | Included scope |
|---|---|---|
| Investigate one issue | S$600 | One agreed issue; evidence review, findings and next-step recommendation. |
| One scoped repair | S$1,200 | One known issue; an approved repair, affected-scenario checks and handover. |
| Standard store setup | S$3,000 | One payment provider, simple shipping configuration and up to ten supplied simple products. |
Investigation delivers findings, not a guaranteed fix. Repairs are separately scoped. Custom checkout, bookings, subscriptions, migrations and complex tax or shipping requirements need an individual quote. Payment-provider approval remains with the provider.
Your quote identifies any applicable taxes and third-party costs, so you can see the full payable total before accepting.
How we can work together
- Tell me what is happening. Share the result you want, the current situation and anything you have already tried.
- Agree on a piece of work. We confirm access, deliverables, exclusions, a fixed fee and how we will check completion.
- Complete, review and hand over. I work through the agreed scope, explain the result and hand over the findings, files or instructions.
A few questions you might have
Does investigation include a fix?
Only if the written scope says so. The diagnostic delivers evidence and findings; a repair is quoted once the work is understood.
Will you change my live store?
We agree access, backup, testing and release arrangements first. Where practical, changes are tested on staging.
Can you guarantee provider approval?
No. I can help with configuration and technical checks. Approval and supported business activities are decided by the provider.
Tell me where you need a hand
You do not need a perfect brief. Start with the problem, what you have tried and what you would like to happen. These details will help:
- Are you setting up, improving or fixing a store? Share its URL.
- What should happen, and what happens instead?
- Which payment methods or extensions are involved?
- When did it start, and who is affected?
- Do you have staging and a recent backup? Not sure is fine.
- What budget and target date do you have?
