Scope, timing and what is included
When this is useful
This is useful when an important message goes missing and you need to find where the delivery path breaks. If the problem is already a known mailer setup issue, a straightforward configuration service may be enough.
What you receive
Trace the message from its trigger through the sending service; check relevant authentication records and available delivery evidence; run controlled tests and write recommendations.
You receive findings that distinguish whether the message was triggered, sent, accepted by a provider or observed by the recipient.
What I need to begin
The affected message type, approximate failure time, sender provider and access to relevant settings and logs.
Allow 1–2 business days after the required access and inputs are ready. I’ll confirm fit and the start date before payment.
Scope and expectations
Mailbox migration, unrelated sending paths and separately agreed configuration repairs are excluded.
A successful send does not guarantee inbox placement. If recipient-side evidence is unavailable, the report will say so. Already collected findings carry into any repair quote.
