Subscriptions, bookings or product options

You need one supported WooCommerce extension to handle a particular selling journey.

Budget guide: US$570–1,520. I will quote the agreed scope after checking fit. This range is an indication, not a fixed price or a ceiling.

Is this for you?

You want customers to subscribe, book a time or choose options, and the standard store does not do it. You also know renewals and bookings can fail quietly if they are not set up and tested properly.

This is a good fit if

  • You sell subscriptions, memberships or repeat orders
  • You take bookings or appointments on your site
  • Your products need options, add-ons or custom fields
  • You want renewals, cancellations and emails tested

It is probably not the right fit if

  • You do not have a working WooCommerce store yet
  • Payments are failing right now. Start with the checkout diagnostic
  • You need a fully custom booking system

What you walk away with

  • One supported extension set up for your selling journey
  • Renewal, cancellation and email paths tested
  • Notes on what to watch each month

Scope, timing and what is included

When this is useful

This is useful when a subscription, booking or product-option flow needs to behave correctly beyond the first purchase, with agreed lifecycle cases tested against your business rules. A standard configuration already covered by the extension’s setup guide may need less help.

What you receive

Configure one subscription, booking or product-option flow; run agreed ordinary, error and lifecycle tests; provide operating instructions.

The selected customer journey and its agreed lifecycle cases have been verified.

What I need to begin

The chosen extension and licence, your selling rules and a usable test environment.

Allow 3–7 business days, plus any agreed lifecycle observation after the required access and inputs are ready. I’ll confirm fit and the start date before payment.

Scope and expectations

Complex proration, legacy migrations, custom capacity rules and combinations of several extensions require a separate scope.

A delayed renewal or booking event cannot be marked complete before it is observed or reliably simulated. I will explain any waiting period in the quote.
