Scheduled website care

You have a healthy brochure website and want a regular, defined maintenance routine.

Budget guide: US$190–285 per month. I will quote the agreed scope after checking fit. This range is an indication, not a fixed price or a ceiling. Initial onboarding is quoted separately, with a budget guide of US$190–380.

Is this for you?

Your site works and you want it to keep working. Updates, backups and checks keep slipping down your list, and you only notice problems when a customer tells you.

This is a good fit if

  • You have a healthy site you rely on
  • You want updates tested before they reach the live site
  • You want to know backups exist and restore
  • You want one person who knows your site

It is probably not the right fit if

  • The site is broken now. Start with a diagnostic
  • You need round-the-clock emergency cover
  • You want unlimited development work each month

What you walk away with

  • Updates tested on a copy first
  • Daily off-site backups and uptime checks
  • A monthly report and a set amount of hands-on time

Scope, timing and what is included

When this is useful

This is useful when you want a named person to own scheduled updates and check the parts of the site that matter to you. If your host’s existing maintenance and support are enough, a separate monthly service may not be needed.

What you receive

Carry out one scheduled monthly update cycle, verify the backup, run agreed smoke tests, and report the work and follow-up needs.

The scheduled work and checks are recorded. Any regression caused by my updates is stabilised or rolled back.

What I need to begin

The site, current hosting and maintenance arrangements, and an agreed maintenance window.

One scheduled maintenance window each month. I’ll confirm fit, the start date and the maintenance schedule before payment.

Scope and expectations

Emergency cover, unlimited edits, store operations and unrelated incident repair are excluded. Initial onboarding is separately quoted.

If a safe rollback cannot be assured, I will defer the update and explain what needs to be resolved. Support hours and response expectations are agreed before starting.
