One business workflow automation

A repetitive handoff between two systems takes time or invites mistakes.

Budget guide: US$570–1,710. I will quote the agreed scope after checking fit. This range is an indication, not a fixed price or a ceiling.

Is this for you?

Every order, form or booking means someone copies details from one system to another. It takes time, people forget, and mistakes reach your customers.

This is a good fit if

  • You repeat the same handoff between two systems
  • Mistakes or delays happen when someone is busy or away
  • You can describe the steps as they happen today
  • You want the automation logged, so you can see what ran

It is probably not the right fit if

  • The process changes every time
  • You want to replace your whole software stack
  • The systems involved do not allow any connection

What you walk away with

  • One handoff automated end to end
  • Error alerts when something fails
  • A log of every run and a guide to changing it

Scope, timing and what is included

When this is useful

This is useful when a repeated handoff consumes time or causes mistakes often enough to justify a reliable workflow. We compare the task with any rules your existing apps already provide, and account for ongoing tool and maintenance costs before choosing a build.

What you receive

Build one trigger and outcome across up to two existing systems; check agreed transformations, normal and failure cases, duplicates and retries; provide operator instructions and a disable path.

The agreed examples and failure cases behave correctly, and the owner can identify and stop a failed run.

What I need to begin

A sample input and expected output, ready accounts, expected volumes and a named person to handle failures.

Allow 3–10 business days after the required access and inputs are ready. I’ll confirm fit and the start date before payment.

Scope and expectations

Historical backfills, additional workflows and unsupported integrations are outside this scope.

If API access or behaviour is unknown, I will scope discovery first. A production build is only quoted once the dependencies are understood.
