When this is useful
This is useful when you cannot tell whether a checkout failure comes from the store, payment gateway or another connection, and need evidence for the next repair or provider enquiry. A known setting change or gateway account decision may be better handled directly.
What you receive
Run a controlled checkout test covering one gateway, currency and customer path; collect payment and order evidence; run relevant conflict tests; write findings and recommend the next repair or provider step.
You receive a trace of the affected transaction path and evidence supporting the next repair or provider enquiry.
What I need to begin
A safe test environment, a ready gateway test account, and an example of the failure.
Allow 2–3 business days after the required access and inputs are ready. I’ll confirm fit and the start date before payment.
Scope and expectations
Live charges, account approval disputes and implementation outside the agreed diagnostic are excluded.
I’ll explain what the evidence supports and what remains unresolved. If the findings point to a provider, you can take the report to them. Relevant conflict testing is included, not a second diagnostic charge.
