Happiness Engineer
Supported merchants, developers, and site owners across WordPress.com and WooCommerce.com. Handled 15,632 recorded support tickets from January 2022 to September 2026, in addition to live chat. Delivered eight merged fixes across five WooCommerce extension repositories during allocated citizenship time alongside support responsibilities.

Alkamy Pte. Ltd.
Applied AI, Web Development and Business Operations
Developed four affiliate sites with AI-powered catalogue, price, content, and publishing workflows, and published four WooCommerce plugin offerings. Earlier work grew frozenmeat.sg to more than S$300,000 in sales revenue across 2018-2020. Commercial growth and development projects paused during Automattic employment, while bookkeeping, GST filing, and corporate administration continued.

E-commerce Development and Business Operations
Converted the brochure and enquiry site into an e-commerce store in 2014 and revamped the front end in September 2026. Deployed inline order editing, invoices, packing slips, PDF generation, and block-based product description editing alongside business operations.
